Shipping
Processing takes 2-3 business days and shipping within Germany usually takes 2-3 business days, within Europe 3-5 business days and overseas around 5-10 business days. Please note these are estimated times and due to customs processing, especially to areas outside of Europe, the times can be longer. Delays are outside of our control and we will always ship with tracking controls enabled and provide this tracking to the customer.

Due to our warehouses located in Europe, it will not always be easy but we can try to accommodate express shipping if you are located in Germany or Europe. Please get in touch via e-mail to contact@byondwear.com.
Returns
Germany and Europe (Within EU)
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The return items need to be deposited at a post office max. 2 days after approved return.
- To start a return, you can contact us at contact@byndwear.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address (within EU) provided to you in your return confirmation.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- No makeup marks or stains.
- No perfume scent or smell of sweat. Returns will NOT be accepted if there is a strong odor. Please try on the clothes with good hygiene.
For Europe, countries within the EU are covered by these terms, while different rules apply for countries outside the EU.

USA and rest of the world (Outside EU)
For countries outside the EU, we offer a 14-day exchange policy or store credit for approved returns.
This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit must deposit the return package at a post office (incl. tracking) max. 2 days after approved return.

Pack the item(s) carefully in a suitable packaging, ensuring it remains in its original condition and all original packaging with all tags sealed.
Include a paper with the return number in the package. We will provide you the return number in the return acceptance e-mail. Returns without the return number might not be accepted or could lead to delays in figuring out who the package comes from. Please note, once the return is approved from our side, you must post it in a post office max. 2 days after approved return.
Once we receive your item, we will process the return as soon as possible. Refunds /Store Credits or exchanges are always issued within 10 days from the day we receive the package, but we aim to process this immediately.
If any of the above conditions is not met, we reserve the right to reject the return and offer you the ability to send back the item to you at your own additional cost.
We will send you an email confirmation once the return is processed. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days before you see the refund in your account, or if you are outside Europe (EU), before you receive your store credit via email.
TRACKING
Send the package using any carrier with a TRACKING ability to the address within Europe (Germany) provided to you by e-mail.
Always keep your submission receipt with the tracking number and track the package yourself before contacting us to check the status of your package.
Please provide us with tracking information once you shipped the package as return to our e-mail, so we can monitor the process and speed things up for you.
CUSTOMS
IMPORTANT! If returning from outside the EU, fill out a custom declaration. The post office will assist you. Label the package as a “return” to ensure proper delivery. Unlabeled returns cannot be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please provide us with pictures to make this process easier.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as socks or underwear), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Yes you can!
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have within 14 days, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
You will then receive the new item immediately after placing the new order and a refund for the returned goods once we received the return and confirm the conditions.
This saves you and us time and makes sure you get the fastest experience.
No customs duties apply for returns within Germany or the EU. BYND Wear is not liable for customs costs on returns from outside the EU. Clearly label your package as a “return” when sending it back. For return instructions from outside the EU, please check your government’s website for regulations or liaise with your local post office or
Customs fees on returns that has to be paid by us will be deducted from your refund and will be proven to you.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved:
Return within the EU:
- If you ordered the item within the EU, you have the option of a store credit for the full amount (less original shipping costs) or a refund to your original payment method (less original shipping cost and payment processor fees).
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
- Note: We will deduct a 5% processing fee from your total originally paid amount. This is not our fee, but the payment processor fees (which are not refundable and have to be paid by BYND Wear regardless).
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
Return for Rest of World (outside of EU):
- We will provide you with a store credit for the returned items (order amount less original shipping cost) within 2 days after approved return.
- Note: We will deduct a 5% processing fee from your refund. This is not our fee, but the payment processor fees (which are not refundable and have to be paid by BYND Wear regardless).
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@byndwear.com.
